Spring is finally on the horizon here in Wilson County. Temperatures will be warming, flowers will be blooming and Dr. Faulkner will be picking up more of his interesting hobbies! (Not that the cold weather really stops him!)
For the month of March, we will be having some fun exploring a few interesting facts about Dr. Faulkner so that the community might get a chance to know him a little bit better.
Join us as we explore a little bit about his running, musical pursuits, career history and family life!
First up – did you know Dr. Faulkner is part of a South Texas Jump Blues band? They are called Crooked River Mile, with Dr. Faulkner on drums, Everett Ross on guitar and vocals, and Marcelo Laijas on bass guitar and brass instruments. They play all over the state and, in fact, have a gig this upcoming St. Patrick’s Day at Backyard on Broadway at 8:30 pm.
